Stopped here on a visit to the Geysir. Lovely hot soups full of flavour. Staff helpful. Very busy. We decided to eat before going to the Geysir as we had a limited stop. Some very pushy and rude visitors however … Clean toilets.

Geysir Center is a perfect stop while visiting the geothermal area. The place is clean, modern, and very well organized. There’s a nice café, good restrooms, and a lovely gift shop with local products. It’s a great spot to relax, warm up, and enjoy a coffee after watching the geysers. The staff were friendly and everything felt welcoming and well maintained. Highly recommended as part of your Geysir visit.

Delicious pork belly and potatoes with rich gravy. The tomato soup was yummy and wonderfully fragrant. Friendly cashier and a spacious, comfortable environment

The food was good, and I really appreciated having a nice place to eat right at the Geysir. There was plenty of parking, the service was quick, and the prices were reasonable enough that I could try a few different dishes. Everything came out fast and tasted great — a convenient and enjoyable stop!

This is a buffet style restaurant. There are variety of meals to chose from. What I can recommend is the tomato soup. Portion is really big and it is almost as a full meal. It was amazing and warm as outside was pretty cold and after a lot of walking we could sit down and eat. Cakes are tasty as well. It can be crowded as you need to decide what to take and stand in line to get food and after that you go to pay. Maybe would be better to check menu in advance in case you are really hungry.

it was ok, but i think the prices are not so good, because of the popular location. the feeling and the shop next to it is friendly.

Came in with a school tour. The food was incredible! We were presented with tomato soup and fresh bread. They also prepared a delicious buffet with lamb, chicken, and salmon and veggies. The desert buffet was lovely with delicious mousse, cream puffs, fruit and cakes with coffee or tea. My students were all in a food coma after this one! Highly recommend!

Large portion, fresh vegetables. Because of the location, I expected the food to be poor, and it really was good for a place set up for tourists.Drinks like cola are cheap
